Yeah, we all have fantasies and one of them is living a healthy lifestyle, that world where everything we do and eat is in sync with our body and nothing can go wrong with our health. But sometimes, living a healthy lifestyle can be a challenge considering the food we eat, lack of time for exercise and all.

One of the problems in Nigeria is lack of activity and the fear of doing new things. Yes, we know what’s good for us, but just don’t find time to really commit ourselves to doing it because we see paying attention to our healthy as eating into the time we have to make money. The truth is, our body is the only place we have to live in and like all our precious things we need to take care of our body, if not to perfection.

The walk will kick off at National Stadium with warm up exercises, followed by a10km walk from National Stadium passing through Costain – Eric Moore -Bode Thomas – Adeniran Ogunsanya – Alhaji Masha Road – Western Avenue to Ojuelegba – and back to National Stadium. Sounds like fun yeah?
